Career Decision

I have a big decision to make after tonight's "interview." It's actually a "meet and greet" with the family I'll be working with. Maybe they won't like me and my decision will be made for me. I just know that I cannot go on doing night shift where I am now. I've applied everywhere. The good-paying hospitals won't even give you a second look if you don't have an inside connection. It sucks. I feel stuck. Everywhere else is hiring night shift. I'd do it but not as part of a regular schedule. I miss my weekends with my kids. I miss sleep. I miss friends. I miss life....
